That almost smells like the HVCC junk from Cuomo. How will/do you think that this stuff will spill over onto folks looking for a duplex to owner-occupy?
Owner occupants will be under a lot more scrutiny now. I’m not sure whether FHA will still finance. Waiting for all that to shake-out.
